It also creates a secure barrier against dust mites and bed bugs. Keeping dust mites to a minimum in your mattress will help avoid allergic reactions such as congestion, eye irritation, coughing and wheezing, and asthma; pair that with protection from bed bugs, and you have a low cost insurance policy for your mattress.

Add another level of protection with our Waterproof Mattress Protector, it's easy to remove compared to the zippered encasement. Both are machine washable and dryer friendly too.
